Shen Zheshou
 

Shen Zheshou

Professor Shen Zheshou, former Deputy Secretary, CPC Hangzhou City Committee and Vice Chairman of Hangzhou People's Political Consultative Committee. In May 1998, he had put forward new ideas that increase the citizens’ mental health level is “the foundation of developing ideological, intellectual, moral and civic education”, and “will be an international trend of development”. In the city of Hangzhou, he promoted the guideline of “developing mental health profession as an important responsibility of local government”. In 1999 he suggested the central government officials to “regard psychological qualities as important basis to examine, evaluate, recruit, and promote leaders of all levels”. He has published numerous articles in the field of mental health on journals such as “Health Psychology” and “Psychology and Health”.

 
 
 
 
Russell J. Hagen
  Mr. Russell J. Hagen, is the Chief Executive Officer of Chestnut Health Systems, Inc.
and its wholly owned subsidiary Chestnut Global Partners, LL C. Mr. Hagen has 32
years of experience in the behavioral health care field that includes employee
assistance and workplace services, addiction treatment and prevention, mental he alth
treatment and applied research. He has served as CEO of Chestnut and Chestnut’s
subsidiary corporations for 25 years earning him the reputation of a progressive
leader in a diverse multinational corporation.
Over the course of his career Mr. Hagen has provided training in both corporate and
professional settings to diverse audiences including corporate leaders, organizational
supervisors, line employees and other professionals. Mr. Hagen has also provided cons
-ultation to corporations related to strategic planning and organizational development.
And he also provided training in the Chinese Entrepreneur Club for Chinese CEOs, the

James Allen
  James Allen, M.D. is an American board-certified internist with diverse experience in community health and occupational medicine. Graduate studies included toxicology (C -ornell) and tropical medicine (NY Medical). He left practice in New York to join Unocal Indonesia Company in 1994, and subsequently served as Unocal's Corporate Medical Director in Singapore until joining Chevron in 2005. He is responsible for supporting employee health programs throughout Asia Pacific. He serves as a global advisor on HIV/AIDS for the company, supervises medical staff, and is the regional advisor for Employee Assistance and health-related community engagement. He was a founding member of the Asia Pacific EAP Roundtable (APEAR).  
 
 
 
 
 
Jeffrey Christie
 

Jeff Christie,LCSW, CEAP is Global Manager of the Halliburton Employee
Assistance Program, an internal program serving 35,000 employees and their families.
He holds a Master of Social Work degree from the Univer sity of Pittsburgh , with a
specialization in Industrial Social Work. For the past 25 years he has worked in the
fields of chemical dependency treatment and employee assistance programs. Prior to
Halliburton , Mr. Christie served in the employee assistance programs of Conoco,
Pennzoil, and those of a large external EAP vendor . He is a past-president of the
Houston Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association and is co-chair
of their Ethics committee. On the international EAPA level, he served as Commissioner
on the Employee Assistance Certification Commission, the governance body for EAP
certification, and currently serves on EAPA’s National Ethics Committee. In 2003,
IEAPA conferred upon Mr. Christie their Member of the Year award. In October 2002,
he completed his term as president of another E A P professional association, the
Employee Assistance Roundtable.
Mr. Christie has presented over 50 workshops on the subject of ethics in the fields of
employee assistance, mental health, and human resource practice. He has published
numerous articles on ethics and the formation of ethics committees. He is a primary
author of the book, Ethical Dilemmas in Workplace Counseling: A Casebook.

 
 
 
 
 
 
Daolong
 

Daolong Zhang, M.D. the Medical Director for Chestnut Global Partners and Psychcn
-CGP, is a licensed physician and a board-certified psychiatrist in the U.S. He is also an
adjunct professor at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr.Zhang has been
instrumental at introducing and improving behavioral health services in China and is a
frequent consultant to U. S. companies doing business in China. Dr. Daolong has
offered training programs for enterprisers and expatriates of domestic and internationa
enterprises many times, topics including modern enterprise system , cross-culture

Debra Reynolds
 

Debra Reynolds, MS CEAP, is Managing Director of Employee Health and the
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Continental Airlines. She has been in the
Mental Health, Substance Abuse and EAP profession for over 30 years. Prior to joining
Continental Airlines she served as Vice President of external EAP consulting firms both
in Denver Colorado and Washington DC. She has been active for many years with the
International Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA) by serving as
Committee Chairperson for several standing committees as well as serving a term as Vi
ce President of Administration. She was one of the original members of the Employee
ssistance Certification Committee tasked with developing the credentia l for Employee
Assistance Professionals (CEAP). Debra served on faculty at Rutgers University for
nine years, teaching Employee Assistance in the Rutgers’s Summer School of Alcohol
Studies. She was hired at Continental Airlines in 1987 as one of the original staff
member to develop their internal EAP. In addition to her responsibilities of directing the
E A P, she also manages the Mental Health and Substance Abuse benefits for
Continental’s 44,000 employees and their family members and works with the safety
sensitive work groups as part of risk management . She is currently finishing her
Doctorate of Public Health (Dr.PH) at the University of Texas, School of Public Health,

Jia Xiaoming
 

Jia Xiaoming
Professor Jia Xiaoming, Chairwoman of Department of Social Work and Psychology,
Beijing Institute of Technology. She is a board member of the Clinical and Counseling
Committee of Chinese Psychology Society and the Counseling and Psychotherapy
Committee of China Association for Mental Health. Professor Jia has been engaging
in the counseling practice and related research work for more than 16 years. She is
specialized in Group Counseling, College Student Counseling, Woman Counseling,

John Pompe
 

John Pompe Psy. D. has worked in the Employee Assistance field for the past 10
years in both internal and external settings. Based in Peoria, Illinois U.S.A, he joined
Caterpillar Inc. in 2002 as the Manager of Behavioral Health Programs. As a member
of the Corporate Medical Department, Dr. Pompe’s responsibilities include direction of
the Employee and International Assistance Programs (EAP and IAP), oversight of the
behavioral healthcare benefit plans, health promotion, workplace violence response
planning, and psychiatric disability management.
Dr. Pompe is a licensed clinical psychologist, holding a Bachelors degree in Psychology
from Missouri State University, and Masters and Doctoral degrees from the Georgia

Cherry Zhang
 

 

Cherry Zhang,the General Manager for Psychcn-CGP., She has been devoted to
introduce EAP services with international standards to China since 2004. She was one
of the main organizers for The First China International Forum of EAP in 2005. Cherry
has recruited the first multinational professional team for EAP service in China, and was
also the only leader of Chinese companies providing EAP services to attend the EAPA's
Annual World EAP Conference 2005 and the Europe and North Atlantic Global Business
Mobility Service Conference 2005. She is devoted to make Chinese EAP services
